Automatic Rescue Device (ARD)
When power fails, the ARD automatically drives the elevator to the nearest landing floor and opens the doors — so passengers are never trapped. No manual intervention required.
EN81 Overload Sensor
The elevator will not move if the rated load is exceeded. An alarm and indicator alert passengers, and the doors remain open until the load is within safe limits.
Door Lock Monitoring
EN81 mandates that the elevator cannot operate unless all landing doors are confirmed locked by electro-mechanical door contacts. Every floor is monitored — always.
120-Minute Fire-Rated Doors
Our WITTUR fire-rated landing door assemblies provide 120 minutes of fire resistance — a critical life safety layer in multi-storey residential buildings.
Safe Torque Off (STO)
STO technology removes drive torque safely during emergencies without cutting main power. This allows faster, controlled resumption of service rather than a full system restart.
