Why Sanyo ISquare Exists
South India's construction market has long had a gap: builders either had to choose large MNC elevator brands — with their slow response times and catalogue-only offerings — or settle for local manufacturers with no verifiable component provenance or safety certification.
Sanyo ISquare was founded to occupy the space between these two options. We bring European-grade elevator components — WITTUR doors, Sicor gearless machines, Pfeifer Drako IWRC ropes — and combine them with the local engineering knowledge, responsiveness, and accountability of a South India-based company.
Headquartered in KR Puram, Bangalore, we serve builders, apartment associations, and villa owners across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and Goa. Every elevator we deliver is designed to the same EN81 European safety standard — whether it's for a 20-floor apartment tower in Chennai or a 4-floor villa in Mysore.
We don't believe safety features should be optional add-ons. ARD, STO, IWRC ropes, and EN81-compliant door systems are standard on every Sanyo ISquare elevator.
